Origins:
This cheesemaker produces organic milk all year round, and this is the most important and carefully nurtured part of the business. The herd has a total of 90 goats, 70 of which are pure Saanen and 20 an F1 Saanen Murcia-Granada cross. The herd enjoys excellent conditions of health and has daily veterinary care. This, coupled with a balanced diet composed of a variety of cereals that are rich in fibre, ensures the quality and output of milk needed to make production viable.

With a bloomy rind, a creamy texture and penetrating flavour that is spicy and creamy.
