POTATO CAKE

STUFFED & BAKED FRESH HAKE - CAL PEP RESTAURANT

Ingredients

  • 1 Hake Fresh boneless
  • 2 boiled eggs, chopped
  • 150 gr. chopped olives
  • 150 gr. roasted red pepper, cleaned and chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 150 gr. Half fried potato and finely chopped
  • 150 gr. Half fried onion and finely chopped
  • Olive oil
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 2 bay leaves
  • A bit of thyme
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation:

Open the hake in half and fill with egg, olives and peppers. Stitch to close it. Put in a baking tray and dress with oil, salt and pepper. Accompany with potatoes, onion, bay leaf, thyme and garlic. When oven is hot, place the tray to cook at the same temperature until the hake be cooked (15 minutes)

The recipe also can be made with Cod or Sea Bass.
