POTATO CAKE

DRUM MUSHROOMS WITH SHRIMP TAILS -
CAL PEP RESTAURANT

Ingredients (for 4 people):

  • 12 prawn tails (or shrimp or lobster)
  • 400g of mixed mushrooms, (any kind of mushroom you want)
  • Olive oil
  • 1 shot of Brandy
  • Minced garlic and parsley

Preparation:

Sauté the prawn tails and add the garlic and parsley.

Separately are also sauté the mushrooms and when they begin to draw water we remove.

Sauté again the mushrooms with the prawn tails and we add a trickle of olive oil, some minced garlic and parsley and a shot of brandy, and let it reduce.

Assemble the drum-shaped dish with mushrooms below and above prawn tails, and finally add a trickle of olive oil on top.
