CHICKEN SALAD - CAL PEP RESTAURANT
Ingredients for chicken:
- 1 / 4 cooked chicken
- 1 boiled egg
- 1 carrot
- ½ lettuce
- 1 onion
- 1 leek
- 1 large tomato salad.
Ingredients for the sauce:
- 250 gr. mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- Half orange juice
- A few drops of whiskey
Preparation:
Cook chicken like to make stock (with leek, carrot, onion, etc.). Once cooked, remove the bones ant cut the chicken into small pieces, cut the boiled egg, carrot, tomatoe and lettuce into small pieces, mix everything and then prepare the sauce.
In a pot, add the mayonnaise, ketchup, half orange juice and a few drops of whiskey, and mix everything. Add this sauce to the salad and the dish is ready. Is a recipe that is best served cold.
