Origins:

Although its shape is different from that of Nevat,  Petit Nevat is its smaller version.

White bloomy rind. Dense-textured, soft and creamy . Smooth taste

Gastronomic Suggestions

We recommend serving with a green salad, dried fruit or jam. It also pairs well with white wines, especially those with low acidity.
